Knowledge Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust launched its IPO on August 5, 2025. This Mainboard IPO is aimed to raise Rs. 4800 crores. With such an issue size, the REIT is anticipated to become one of the largest listings in India’s commercial real estate market.

This IPO is set at Rs. 95 to Rs. 100 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 units making the amount for a lot to be Rs. 14250 to Rs. 15000.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited is the BRLM for KRT. Kfin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar for the IPO.

As of today, GMP of Knowledge Realty Trust shares stood at Rs. 0, indicating no upper circuit over the upper end of range. This reflects lower sentiment for the IPO but the trends can change in the upcoming days.

Knowledge Realty Trust IPO Subscription Day 1 Status

Day 1 marked an overall subscription of 0.62 times of the IPO. QIBs subscription was 0.35 times and the Non-Institutional Investors bidding for it 0.93 times.

Knowledge Realty Trust IPO Anchor Investment

Ahead of the IPO, KRT raised Rs. 1620 crores from anchor investors including Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Tata Group funds, and the Jhunjhunwala Family Trust. The anchor round show participation from International investors like PIMCO.

Before this, the company had a successful pre-IPO round of Rs.1400 crores.

The proceeds of the IPO will be used for full or partial payment of company’s financial debt of the Asset SPV’s and Investment Entities.
